AFFORDABLE HOUSING - The "units" that we have are considered scattered housing versus those of row housing or taller apartment buildings. They are located close to the downtown core of Simcoe thereby being close to doctor's offices and stores. Generally only two people live in each building, except for one small group home where four people are accommodated. The units are very well maintained and all of them feel like home.

COMMUNITY SUPPORT - The Community Support Program uses a community based client centered care service model where mental health professionals make up a "Team" and assist people in the region with reducing their readmissions to the psychiatric hospitals. The team is available to the people all over the region who are on our case loads. The supports are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
